Very impressed with company and engineer, very experienced engineer who knew the problem and how to fix it. He was very friendly, he arrived same day as phoning about the issue and he phoned me when he was on his way I would recommend this company

Stephen attended same day, earlier than expected and solved the issues while explaining everything clearly as he went. Very personable and friendly and clearly experienced. He fixed the problem reported as well as another potential issue ignored by previous engineers (gas seal on exhaust pipe) and also went amazingly above and beyond and called FireAngel to report my faulty CO alarm and arrange a warranty replacement!
