The service was brought forward 2 months. The engineer arrived in good time after phoning beforehand. He was very knowledgeable & informative about new styles of boilers & heat pumps for the future, Michael was very much a people person.

I dealt with this company and the mother 24/7 home rescue for a few years. The work itself is satisfactory. Communication is non-existing! As a landlord, I booked the annual boiler service and gas safety certificate for one of my properties and I asked customer service to speak to the tenant directly to book a convenient appointment. They promised to come back to me after speaking to the tenant with a confirmatory email for booking. This did not happen yet! They did the same last time when they booked an appointment and the engineer attended the properties and the tenant was not there. They asked me for £30 for abortion fees. To make things worse, most of the time, I have to chase them for the certificate after work completion.

ID:930854 The engineer called to confirm his arrival. I informed him that sadly my family had experienced a bereavement the previous Sunday. He completed the works required in a professional, empathetic and caring manner. There was minimal noise and intrusion and he left our home in a tidy manner having corrected the problem. He is a true credit to your company, thank you he was very kind.

The engineer carrying out tests for our gas safety certificate was professional and polite. He was efficient and explained what he was doing as he carried out his tests. He also tried to call me beforehand to inform me that he was en-route (I missed the call, but 247 HR left me a voicemail telling me he wasn't too far away) Great service all around.

The boiler service was carried out thoroughly by Scott. He notified us in advance and arrived on time. Scott was pleasant and polite, keeping mess to a minimum and tidying away efficiently. He explained what he was doing and why during his inspection.
