The engineer Carl Taylor was super polite and courteous. Carl was super helpful, he explained everything that was happening with my heating system and what he was going to do to fix it. He fixed the problem on the same day and boiler has been running great since, Thank you Carl! I called about a boiler issue early afternoon and 247 home rescue got an engineer our the same day. My problem was resolved quickly and I can’t recommend this company enough based on the excellent service I received. I was kept well informed throughout the day and a follow call from Ernest to ensure I was happy with everything.
24/7 customer care and the engineer Brandon Ullah were very courteous, responsive, professional and visited my property the same day I made the claim. Impressive!
