Engineer (Lee) called mobile to confirm anticipated arrival time. Applied footwear coverage prior to entering premises. Positioned a dust sheet prior to commencing work. Completed work promptly and was pleasant and respectful throughout.

5 out of 5 stars for the engineer who serviced my boiler who was courteous and professional and gave my boiler a clean bill of health. I did have issues concerning the cost/type of my renewal plan but thankfully this was resolved quite quickly and given a plan more appropriate to my requirements.

Over a weekend I reported a fault on my Boiler, I contacted the help desk and was assigned an engineer who attended my residence on the first working day of the week. After a thorough evaluation he discovered the problem, reset the system and restored our Hot Water and Central Heating. Thank you

Engineer was fine and fault fixed promptly the only issue I had was having to wait until Sunday for it to be fixed expected a service o Saturday but they said they had no availability. With so.eone who is severely disabled I was assured when I signed up that repairs would be completed in the 24 hour period

Great engineer, most previous ones have asked for the bed near the boiler to be moved but this one did not and struggled through and did a great job!
