Engineer turned up when they said they would and reconnected the radiators, that had been missed during a boiler install on a previous visit. Now they are working. 24/7's customer service response had been excellent. Thank you.

From the minute my service was booked it was a very pleasant professional service that I received from 24/7 I received a call the day before to confirm the appointment, I had a call on the day to confirm a one hour slot. The engineer ( Lewis Presley) arrived on time and whilst in my he home was extremely courteous & respectful. I would have no hesitation in recommending 24/7
