I ordered the premium 3.0 and a few attachments with expedited shipping. I made a mistake and requested to swap an attachment and service kindly responded that they would. I ordered it on Wednesday and received it that Saturday. Couldn’t be happier.

Poor shipping overly expensive for canada. I'm now 20 days in from purchase of a machine and toys. No attachments recieved to this date and the tracking system is poor. Customer service do not respond to emails. $100 in shipping charges and $800 total spend for a toy that cannot be used. Avoid this company !

So far so good! I do wish that you could adjust the stroke length without taking off the face plate (face plate is an additional purchase and not required), but this thing is obviously well built and well engineered!

I tried numerous times to buy a product from your store and all I got was roadblocks. I finally went to Amazon and purchased what I needed from your store with no problem. I think there’s a problem with your system.

I bought a machine from their Amazon store a few weeks ago and no complaints. I didn't get the app options (my fault) and asked about it. The answers from the customer service was quick and I was able to order the part, with discount. Very satisfied! G.

I was so happy when I received my HiSmith machine under a week. Shipped from their company in California to Louisiana using UPS. I was sure the website was a scam but this is definitely a legitimate company. Yes, this may be a Chinese product but who cares if the product actually works and the company responds to your concerns. When I contacted them via email, they responded the same day so their customer service is great. The machine looks fantastic and I love the weight of it heavy and sturdy. I see comments talking about their bad experience but this is my first time ordering from them and no problems. I will definitely order more product from them. I haven't tried the product yet and I will leave another review once I have tried it. HiSmith I know you'll see this comment and I want to thank you for your customer service.

Shipping is horrendous!!! My order has been “on the way to a UPS facility” for 12 days! It is definitely not coming from California!!!! Email answers are strange and cryptic. 13 days now and still nothing! 26 days now and still nothing!

Clear and concise website design, smooth checkout and payment system. Slight hiccup in shipping of two package vs one tracking number, but this resolved with a quick response from Jess in support, as well at Jim from service.

My order was shipped fast and the product is of high quality. I did receive an incorrect item, I emailed them, they replied the same day and I was sent the correct item right away. Great customer service.
