I placed my order 3 days ago and have been in close touch with online chat with Jess. I’m in calif and the best time for me to reach her or customer service is around 5:30 pm calif time. And she is always on at night time. With the 8 hour different in time. So far Jess has been helping me but I’m still waiting for the machine. When that comes I will give her a full 5 star review. So after I receive it I’ll do a way better review but for now I’m hoping it comes soon. Let’s get on it Jess ok. And I’ve had no problem chatting with her the last few night. Very nice girl/women. And I’m still waiting for my tracking number. But tonight she said I should have it by tomorrow will see.gf is dying to try this machine. :) Ok I’ll be praying tomorrow everything goes the way I hope it’s going to go from what I was told by Jess.🌹

I have had nothing but excellent service from this company and their online chat customer service. I tried to place an order earlier tonight and I got an error message but with the help of Jess; I was able to successfully place my order. Jess was very knowledgeable and happily answered all of my questions about various products and attachments. As far as their product, I think its comparable to other brands in power and performance as I have bought competitors over the years. The only way I have found to stall the motor is when the machine is moving extremely slow, the toy has no lubricant, and encounters resistance but I am okay with this as I'm usually trying to get things lined up anyways. Once I've gotten all the kinks worked out in regards to positioning and stroke length than I am promised to have an orgasmic filled blissful evening. I can't rate this product high enough and now you can get their machines in various colors and control it with your phone. I also love the fact that if the motor does go out; I am able to replace it which is something that competitors do not offer. Highly Recommend and thanks Jess for the help. Great Customer Service. There is no return policy on their website. If any piece of your machine fails even within the warranty timeline it will not be covered and you will not able to return it. My machine was shipped to me defective and I ordered Hismith replacement motor and replacement controller through Hismith.com again their product had the same issue where it would start and stop even with their replacement parts. Again I was unable to even return the replacement parts. There are plenty other competitors with higher quality products at the same price. Additionally those products are made within the United States and have a warranty that they will honor and a return policy that they will also honor that is written on their websites.

After having to contact customer service because of an error in sending the incorrect machine, I can't speak highly enough of Edwin in being prompt with his responses and his willingness to rectify the problem by sending me the correct one within 24 hours. His customer service skills have been exemplary. When I receive the machine I will come back and review it and give 5 stars. Thank you Edwin.

Zero Customer Service , The support center will not reply for a Broken Machine out of the box . Now let’s see if the very next experience from another User tells us everything is just perfect , could use More Oil or something similar to that statement to look real I tried four times to contact them through Email ? It’s been 11days ! If the customer service was so great why is their phone number NOT supplied ? I’m so happy to send it back , Make sure you purchase it through Amazon , it can be returned and if the company does not answer amazon , I think in several days Bam Amazon Refunds . The parts that are suppose to hold this very strong solid steel stands are made from cheap pot Metal casting . They won’t tighten and the stand is not secure . If it’s tightened too much I’m thinking the casted parts will break if a flash as usual with that cheap material . No set screw ?

Good product, good customer support. Only wish is that the thrust arm had a bit more support as the engine losses power under weight. Maybe add some bearings around the hole the arm you screw in goes through. It would improve the efficiency and torque at lower speeds.

Received the product, used it once and now it won't turn off, it's stuck on hi-speed, tried contacting them via the web site, the web form is broken, emailed them twice @ service-at-hismith.co.uk, no reply. Very disappointing for a company selling a premium product.

The hismith premium machine and customer service are outstanding. Worth every penny and would recommend them any time. After purchasing and different brand 6 mths ago, not only a waste of money but very disappointed. This purchase was a excellent one. Thank you!

Really excited about receiving my Hismith machine! Had a bad experience with an "American" vendor and had to start all over again. So far the buying experience has been WAY better, but have not received my machine just yet. Will update this review to 5 stars if things go as planned :D.
