I ordered and haven't heard any updates. No shipped. No nothing. I got a confirmation via paypal after I paid but thats it. When I contact Hismith on the "24/7" chat it says no one is available.. So obviously its not 24/7 support....

Jess is very knowledgeable and answers promptly! I had some shipping and billing issues and she fixed me up in just a few minutes. The customer service is excellent.

There was a piece missing from my original shipment, and the customer service to replace it was outstanding. Edwin did a great job of responding quickly and addressing my needs.

I ca n’t ship after two weeks. I ca n’t wait for the tracking code. The first chat said that I wanted to find a way to send it to Taiwan. The second time I said that because Covid 19 could n’t send it to Taiwan.

Great machine and decent communication from the seller

I payed for the express 2-4 day shipping . It arrived today, 7 days later. I forgive the delay as it shipped during the Covid 19 pandemic. Being in the USA I did also forget to factor in time difference when needing to chat. With that said, I never received a tracking number which made this week a bad experience wondering what was going on. When I asked in chat, I was told that I’d have It in 24 hours. (Which never came). I’d rather just hear that they don’t offer that as a service, at least I wouldn’t be waiting and checking and feeling annoyed. The gal in chat (you’ve all mentioned her name, I forget) was otherwise nice, clearly also located in Hong Kong but who cares. She did say, “trust me, it will be there soon”. I’d rather have email confirmation versus a “ trust me”, but, It arrived today, so she was being genuine. Just an odd process to American consumers. So, yes, I set it up, and used it. Jackpot! The included dildo is a bit small for me but would be fine for anyone not used to huge sizes. I also pick up the suction cup adapter so I have my stable of my own. I am tall so it is a bit short, but not a deal breaker. I need to play around with angles height and positions. I never give 5 stars so the one deduction was for the shipping communication. If I hadn’t used it immediately I probably would have deducted 2 stars but it got one back for the trial run

Ordered Item #RCAIXIKRJ on March 29th 2020 by accident. Asked to cancel the order a few minutes later. No response. On April 2nd I asked what the status on the cancelation was and finally got a reply saying that it was being shipped and gave me a tracking number. The next day I got a text from DHL saying it was just now being shipped and wouldn't get it until April 8th. I paid for 2 day shipping and not only was that not provided but the item wasn't even shipped until 3 days after the order. The person I spoke to tried to blame it on Covid-19 but that has nothing to do with it not even being shipped for 3 days unless you're all sick with it. In that case you shouldn't be sending sex toys if you're infected and I will be having this package checked for it when it arrives. Also, support said they would refund me the $20.00 for the 2 day shipping but that hasn't happened yet either.

I ordered 3 items 9 days ago and haven’t even received a shipping confirmation even though i paid for expedited shipping. I tried to track the order on the website both as a guest and through my account and neither of them have any information. I contacted Hismith through the “contact us” page 3 days ago and haven’t received a reply. The products may be good but the customer service so far has been terrible.

Have made a few purchases with Hismith and we are very happy with the products we received. The machine is well built and very sturdy and the vac-u-lock attachment and extra travel bag are or excellent quality too. Had a minor issue but customer service was quick to respond and took are of the issue right away. Edwin listened to my issue and took care of me as soon as I was in contact with Hismith customer sevice. The overall experience with Hismith has been excellent and will definetly reorder with them again!!!

Shipping was timely,but order was incomplete.There were no user manuals included with items.
