Received the wrong order, was corrected

The hinges are great, but I ordered specifically left and right ball bearing hinges. However, once received and starting to install, they were all the same. My contractor had to spend time punching out the pin and flipping all while scratching the finish. Disappointed to have spent all the time researching and ordering correctly only to not receive correctly. Frustrating. Understand, you will always have some disclaimer to be reversible, but why even market as "Right Hand or "Left Hand"? Your warehouse even labeled on the plastic covering the hinge L and R. This post was for constructive criticism to assist your company with better advertisement in the future and to assist buyers in their transactions, not for you to become defensive and highlight some catch all phrase in your marketing. Just take note and do better.
