Opportunities To Improve: - Requesting a return authorization and answering questions why I wanted to return my order was a pain in the butt and not e-commerce standard. It would be better to make this process electronic. - It was irritating that I had to use YOUR return carrier and shipping rates. I found cheaper rates at other carriers.
Had the right parts - quick delivery
My experience is great so far for the fact that Hinge Outlet sells to the public without being a business and there is no minimum number of hinges you need to order. I only needed one hinge for the door on my inclosed trailer. Everywhere else I found hinges for it you had to be a business or you needed to buy 5 hinges minimum. Thank for being sensible Hinge outlet!
I found a hard to locate 4.5" hinge on this site. I chose the least expensive one and placed the order. A week later I was informed that the order was cancelled because the item was no longer available. My money was refunded. Any other available items seemed too expensive.
Hinge outlet has great products that are unavailable at the local stores and good service as well

I originally purchased the wrong size hinge for which I paid shipping. I returned it easy enough paying shipping once again. I purchased the proper size to replace it and paid shipping yet again. So in the end I spent almost as much on shipping as I would have spent for the hinge at Lowe’s. Next time I’ll shop there.

I am replacing all the hinges in my house. The ones that I ordered had the offset hole pattern for the screws that I needed and couldn't find anywhere locally. So, thank your for having what I needed.
