Product very good. Customer service very good. Company uses Royal Mail - an excellent postal delivery service, consistently reliable.
Received tablets, no problems with ordering. It is still too early to say if they've made a difference as I've only been taking them a few weeks. They are however, very expensive, I may have to look for a cheaper alternative given the current financial situation.

It's early to say but I am happy with the ingredients and how they avoid nasty stuff in their vitamins. The vitamin C,zinc and blackberry and elderberry seem to be just what I need. I like the packaging of the products and will definitely be purchasing again.

Quick dispatch and excellent product
Inaccurate information provided regarding when a nutritionalist would be available. No follow up from ordering department having agreed what I wished to purchase having eventually spoken to a nutritionalist. No email saying order had been dispatched. A very poor service in comparison to placing previous orders.
I like the products but I don't rate the customer service. Last time I placed an order I clicked through from an email saying I'd get a free gift. This didn't happen, so I forwarded the email and made an enquiry. I've still not had a reply...
