Leisure Battery Replacement? No problem. We were staying down the road in our motorhome and our leisure battery was giving off an awful smell so a quick Google found Highbridge. We popped down and purchased a new one from the shop in no time. We also asked if there was anyone available to fit this for us and we were asked to drive to the parts department to ask. I feel awful that we didn’t take names as the two men who helped us were fantastic. They fitted the one we had bought and tested it to find out our other also needed an upgrade. An hour tops and we were back on the road to our Cornwall holiday. They really saved us today and we’re so very grateful! Thanks so much :)
Unfortunately did not have the awning I ordered online but contacted me to offer ex-demo version at a reduced cost. Spoke to helpful staff to confirm awning in good condition & all accessories included so progressed with purchase. Awning arrived quickly and all appears good although no pitching instructions were included but found online. Staff helpful & reassuring during all communications.

Something very wrong with this company. You'd think someone with 10's of thousands of pounds to spend would be treated well but response to emails and messages are answered days later or just never.

Absolutely excellent service since our caravan purchase 3 months ago. We purchased a 2nd hand caravan from the Devon branch, Rob was very helpful with our purchase. When we collected we had an issue with our towing electrics in our car and the team at Highbridge were so helpful. Ended up needing to leave the caravan to get the car sorted. Since then we have been enjoying the caravan for several trips and a couple of minor issues arisen and needed to contact them to use the warranty to resolve them, and each time we have had a friendly chap visit us to fix issue. We have been very pleased with the level of service we have received throughout the whole experience. I would highly recommend if you are looking to purchase a caravan.

I have my caravan serviced every year with Highbridge Caravans. Also this is our second. Purchase of awnings from them last year we bought a large Awning and now bought a smaller porch awning. Ordered paid immediately. Email advising despatch with a tracking number followed by a email advising that a refund had been issued Phoned Highbridge only to be told that they didn’t have any stock. When I enquired when stock would be availability I was told in a very off handed way he had no idea and by his tone he couldn’t care less no apology for any inconvenience

Kept me updated during the weeks the moho was being prepared. Thank you to Jody who sorted everything out for us, and the pics you kept sending us and answering any messages, top bloke. Thankyou to Richard for a great handover who explained every thing in great detail. Everything that needed doing was done. Drove away with the knowledge of being told any problems please ring us.
