I recently purchased 2 S2 Pro's and absolutely loved them so much that I bought a Titan Pro as well!!! Had a few issues with the scooter but Hiboy Support was absolutely amazing and got me all fixed up in no time!!!

I reached out to Hiboy after purchasing a used scooter. They found the part I needed and shipped it promptly (at my expense). It's nice to know they stand behind their product and offer parts after the sale and even if you were not the original purchaser.

So far I love the scooter! The shipping was fast and the box was in good shape. The price was good also, there you have it. I really hope the scooter continues to run tip top and I’ll be a fan of hiboy.

We purchased one of the Hiboy scooter models for our son. The scooter was sturdy and well built, but had some issues early on and we contacted Hiboy. They were attentive and responsive. They care about their product and customer service. They are replacing our scooter and made the process very simple. Highly recommend this company!

So i bought one of there scooters from a friend and the scooter ran great but my throttle ending up breaking and throwing error codes so i contacted them and they were so helpful took me step by step and how to fix the issue and how to replace the throttle they are a great company!

I have a Max3 that I rode intermittently for about six months when it stopped working. I contacted customer service (Karin) who immediately responded with parts that fixed my scooter. In a world where customer service is non-existant, this was an amazing response by any company that I've had to deal with. They could have easily shrugged their shoulders and said "Supply chain issue" and I would have went away angry, but they took the effort to make sure I was happy with their product.

I was not able to get accurate tracking info. Within 24 hours of sending an email, Elsa reached out to me and helped me track my order. Very helpful. I received my KS4 yesterday but too cold and rainy here to try it out yet. Everything looks good though.

Love the S2 the only problem is the battery stop working, probably i keep it charging for a long time not using it. Contact Support they help me to make sure what is the problem step by step. They are awesome taking care customer. Warranty out for me but they give a discount for the battery that i need. Now my S2 gonna run again 👍

I love my Hiboy S2! It’s been my main mode of transportation. My scooter’s throttle broke, so I reached out to costumer service and they responded promptly. They will send me a handlebar to resolve the issue!

Great customer service throughout buying and delivery process. High quality bike, great value. Wish they offered a step through model, I would get it for the wife. Over all very happy with my purchase.

This little dirt bike is a blast. My 7 yr old got it for his first motorcycle. He has been blasting around for 5 days now! Its battery outlasts him on his rides. Great buy and it was delivered in 4 days or so.

I love the quality of my scooters. I have purchased 2 of them already. Customer service was helpful when my item was delivered with a dent. They replaced it and it was shipped right away. If I purchase another, I plan to buy from here.

Working with Elaine was a terrific experience. All my emails were answered promptly, she even managed to knock off some money for the replacement battery of my daughter's S2 Lite, whose warranty just expired. Looking forwards to working with this company again, at the same time hoping battery lasts more than 6 months!

Love My S2R. I actually use it to commute to work daily. Plenty of range and gets me where I need to go. Have had only a few issues and support has been phenomenal! I recommend HiBoy over any other scooter brand. So much actually that I’ve got a few friends riding them as well!

This is the best scooter I have ever had. Build to last, big wheels, nice range and power. The performance of a much more expensive scooter in an affordable price. I would highly recommend. Paul F.
