Was told by Hiboy they were going to refund me the money on the wrong battery to this day still waiting. Worst customer service you can ever deal with as you look at the reviews and you see people saying how good they are with customer service you already know that's an employee doing it for them, there's no way if you try to call their United States representative from Hiboy his name is Joe Lipari he's not gonna call you back he'll hang up on you try yourself you see what I'm saying voicemail is full and when you email US support you'll notice you get the emails between two 3 o'clock in the morning never during the day cause they're in China You can never call them. They won't give you a number to call or talk to anybody so if you think about buying one dont. Hiboy should be ashamed of themselves " Update" As you can see Hiboy responded to me. Be patient and I contact there team. Based on my experience there is no team. Joe stated to my that his job is being a secretary All he does is take information down and pass it along. I received an email this morning saying that The Bank Manager at Hiboy said for me to contact my bank that the refund was already issued so I forwarded the email to my bank. So my bank says they have not received anything from Hiboy and that they are turning this over to there investigation department. Issues like this should not have to go this far.

I purchased a HiBoy electric scooter Ecom 14 and I am assembling it. I hit a snag. After unscrewing the nuts from the front Axle, it does not pull out. It appears that it is screwed into the axle holes but I no not have a space to grab the axle & unscrew it.

Been calling them all day on the phone number provided, no answer and voice mail full . My order was shipped to rhe wrong address and I now have spent nearly 500 for their mistakes ..this was supposed to be a gift for my grandson who is turning 4 but that ruined..

I bought S2 pro and S2 for me and my husband. We are so happy with the product, smooth ride, easy to operate and very convenient to carry. Now we can go anywhere and explore the area without hassle.

Purchased a hiboy Ecom 14 scooter to use as my mode of transportation when fishing within my HOA. Most fishing spots where we reside can only be accessed by foot or bike and the hiboy now allows me to go wherever I like. Also, I often use live bait, and the attached basket plus third-party rod holders I added, allow me to travel with my bait bucket and a few rods. Very happy with the purchase. By the way, assembling the scooter was fairly straightforward---took approx 1 hr and then 3 hrs of charge time and I was out and about.

I was provided very clear expectations. My rep is very informative and responsive to my questions. The product is well packaged & very high quality. So far I am very impressed with the company. I feel I can sell this product and maintain a reputation of only selling high quality merchandise.

Worst product ever with the worst customer service ever. Bought the P6 fat tire bike 6 months ago and had to have nothing but problems since we got it. Had to put new brakes on it because something was wrong from the manufacturer…warranty didn’t cover it. Had a tire blow, and nobody from hiboy would call back. Paid almost $400 to get things fixed and two weeks later the motor went out. Extended warranty company said that hiboy should replace it, Hiboy said that they wouldn’t cover it. I’ve gotten nothing but the runaround. And no bike shops want to touch these bikes. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in anything. Have called and mailed 20 times with zero response and a completely broken bike. Would never buy again or recommend.

I love that scooter more than I do my own car. Everything is good about the product. The shipment came in on time, the set up was fun with no challenges and the ride was amazing! The company most certainly lived up to its name! I recommend this product to anyone. I love my new “car”

it has been months since my s2 pro has broken down. they keep avoiding to send me a shipping label and ignore many emails i have sent. they have sent multiple parts to change in my scooter but it hasnt worked. it eventually got to the point where i have ship the scooter back. it has been a month and a half since they said they would send me a shipping label, but they keep delaying it, and ignoring my emails. they also expect me to pay the shipping fee to send the scooter back. ive had a horrible experience with this company and i wish i could get a refund or a new scooter, but when i asked for a new scooter they keep delaying sending me a scooter. i have to go to work, and uber there everyday which spends a lot of money, even though i have to support my family with my job. 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND
