The titan Hi Boy pro with Dual motors is perfect for the very steep hills I have around me in Hudson Valley New York. I got this a year after I got my first scooter the Hi Boy Titan which I totally luv for riding around NYC. This scooter comes with a built in horn and headlight that is bright,, I do not know why they skipped this feature in the Titan pro , As it is so important to have a horn on your scooter as well as headlights for night. So far I just ride the Pro in the daytime to balst around the hills and off terrain,, It has beefy tires and all the pulling power you need,, Incredible how well it stays at a fast speed while going up monster hills. Very impress with the handling of both scooters and durability, they are built tuff and to last.

I ordered two. Tracking for both was great, the packaging was first rate, everything went together great and they worked perfectly.

Now while it is very convenient to order something from Amazon and site like it, I prefer to go directly to the manufacturer. The purchasing process/website was easy to use and streamlined. I tried out a buddy of mines Hiboy S2 Pro (JPVideos) and absolutely loved it. I have been using mine quite often since I got it and can't wait for more good weather!

I did a lot of research on electric scooters and always came back to Hiboy. We took the plunge and love them. We will be taking them to camp with us to cruise around camp and town. Can’t wait! Ordering & delivery were excellent!

I never received the product. It's been 3 weeks!

The replacement battery for my Hiboy S2 arrived in just a few days following my order. The installation was straightforward and I experienced no problems. Everything works perfectly.

Easy and fast

I received my Hiboy max3 refurbished in less than a week which was great with all the shipping issues lately. It looks brand new and rides like a dream. It can get a little bumpy if you are on rough concrete or small bumps but all in all a great product for the price. Thanks hiboy

I have been cruising around a city and getting to work without any problems

I was excited when I first opened the box and the first test ride of less than a mile. Then came my first day to commute to work (.5 miles one way). It headed into work great then at work I decided to get the app going. Ever since it will max out st 12 mph. It's at 90% battery it has no issue getting there it just cuts out and coast like I capped it at 12 mph through the app. I have tried all the restart tricks etc nothing worked. I have reached out to tech support we will see what they say. Apparently from looking on forums this is extremely common whether it's from the app or messed up wiring. Either way at this moment I can not recommend this product no matter what hiboy says. There is no way the scooters should need to get "fixed" in under 2 miles of use.

The Hiboy support personnel seemed clueless as to my problem. The picture on your site showed the part I needed. The part that arrived was not teh same as the picture and thus would not fit my scooter.

Shipping time was great. The box came very damaged. The bike itself was in perfect condition. Tho the parts were scattered all about the inside of the box. I’m glad nothing was lost due to the holes the box had. Looked like it was maybe a returned new bike? Other then that it works. Will test it out fully before my 30 days to double check all functions. Thanks.

I am having troubles with the app and looks like I'm not the only one

I had purchased another scooter and when it broke a month later I emailed support and got nothing, no response. The Hiboy rides better faster and I bet if I had a problem they would answer.
