This is the second time I’ve had problems with this company. The first time I was charged a significant amount of customs duties from what is supposed to be a uk company. Eventually that was sorted. This time I ordered some vitamins on October 25 and eventually was told that delivery was to be December 21 but have still not received anything despite several emails. I would not recommend this company as it appears I’m one of many to be having problems.
They've always been five stars from me. Cheap, quick delivery and a good range. However, I have just received a letter as a customer with an unfulfilled order, telling me that they are winding up with details of how to get in touch. I ordered ages ago and nothing came. Strangely, the stuff I ordered afterwards (with a huge discount due to its going out of date, arrived from America, in dribs and drabs and was brand new. Not really sure what happened to the company but the recent reviews show that it wasn't it's old self - possibly not unlinked to this past year of lockdown. Who knows.
I ordered items for over £52 on the 20th Oct 2020, as a pensioner its a lot of money and we have not received the item. I have text them regularly but only get automated email replies. As soon as I asked for a refund late December I had a dispatch notice. Don’t buy from them, you won’t get your goods. It is now 8th Feb still no delivery 14th March I have to finally say goodbye to my money. I wish I had payed with paypal.

UPDATE 5/2/2121 Just after leaving this report, I lodged an APPEAL with PayPal for a refund on non delivered products!! I’ve just received my refund!!! YES YES YES!! If you bought with PayPal, you have 180 days after the date of purchase to get a refund if your product never arrived! *********************************************** FRAUDULENT THIEVERY as they take your money, no product arrives & they refuse to give a refund! No tracking for postage either!! Do not buy from this company!!! I’d give them ZERO stars if Trustpilot gave the option! Ordered my items on 3 November, but still haven’t received them! Stole my money and will not respond to any emails. No products sent and will not respond to emails requesting a refund. this company has been reported for fraud. Do not order!

Ordered on 3rd December 2020, paying through Paypal and then waited and waited and waited. 1 month later the order had not even "been picked" After many attempts to have any 'real contact' with Health Monthly only to be fogged off with how brilliant their staff were especially amidst all the Covid difficulties, I opened a case through Paypal and on the 25th January (almost 2 months later) was refunded. My assessment: This company should be heavily fined by Trading Standards before being struck off and so prevented from trading under its present name or any subsequent name.
Je suis globalement satisfait mais il y a deux raison pour lesquelles je ne commande plus : Les produits sont expédiés dans plusieurs sacs plastiques qui proviennent soit du Royaume Unis soit des USA. Aucune information de suivi n’est donnée ce qui est assez embêtant car parfois certains colis mettent des semaines à arriver. Le site a une section « Clearance » qui permet d’acheter des produits bientôt arrivés à expiration, il y a un an on pouvait vraiment faire des bonnes affaires avec des prix à £1 ou £2. Et ça m’a permis de découvrir plein de produits. Mais aujourd’hui les prix ne sont plus aussi attractifs.
I've been waiting for my product to arrive since 24th of December - today's date is the 25/01/2021. I've placed the order a month earlier (22 of November 2020), only to found out that I had to wait ONE whole month for the items to arrive (nobody from HealthMonthly ever gave me a specific date) - after purchasing the products. I have contacted that appalling customer services every single week only to receive a template reply - they don't really read messages.The telephone lines were turned off off due to coronavirus pandemic -the same inexplicable excuse that is been on for almost for an year now! Update: my order was DELETED from my purchases. NO way I will ever find out what has happened to my order! I was never informed about the outcome of my purchase!
Ordered on 1st December with expected delivery of 30th December. No confirmation of dispatch. Allowed extra couple of weeks because of Christmas etc before advising them of non'delivery. Got generic email with usual garbage about backlog etc but no refund. Have contacted Jersey Trading Standards and will be contacting my card issuer to see about refund. They even have the gall to ask you not to leave negative feedback!!!
Still waiting for my product to arrive ordered it on 25th of November 2020. It didn’t arrive at the estimated time which was the end of December I’ve emailed them and they got back to me apologizing. They said it has been dispatched but no updates and it is now 25 January 2021. I have written to them three times. I expected it to be delayed because of the holidays and the problems with Brexit. I need more information not just the same rhetoric repeated and then sent again in another email. Or I’m happy to get my money back.
Have used in the past and have been very reliable. This time order placed at the end of November and but still waiting for goods. No way of contacting them, email down, phone message saying ‘ not able to answer any calls’ have taken to social media but doubt I will get an answer.
I placed an order from this company on the 3rd of December 2020. I received a confirmation of my order and payment which stated I would receive the order on the first of January 2021. The order has not arrived. The online chat is disabled. The phone number is disabled and there is no reply from the email address. Contact the Jersey Trading Standards to make a complaint. It's easy to google. It won't allow me to list the email address here.
I purchased two items in November. Today is the 25th of January and I still have not received anything. I have sent them a number of emails and always got an automatic response asking for an understanding in the given circumstances. I did give them. But after 3 weeks of sending emails and having no response and after 3 months of waiting for the products, I am pretty fed up with the lack of service. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE MONEY
Ordered items in October and still havent received them. No answer from any contact to the company. Do not use this company, appauling service and obviously just taking the money without shipping items.
