Makes out it is a UK company then items don’t arrive. Given ridiculously long expected dates over 6 weeks after order as the items are allegedly being sent from various parts of the world!! Not received my items and just found all these reviews so this is clearly an ongoing issue.

I ordered a product from this company in Sept 2020 and I still have not received it, and its few days off from Dec. They are refusing to give my money back too. All I'm getting is waffle emails. Please DONT buy anything from this company, Scammers. Update. Its the 15th Dec, and I still have not received the product and probably won't either at this stage. The company offered me a credit note but won't refund my money. When they don't deliver the products, the credit note is useless. Don't waste your money ordering from this company because you will never see the product.

I'm the same. Order placed on 22/09 for delivery 22/10 and nothing has come. I've opened PayPal case. Never again.

Ordered back in September - nothing has arrived. Customer services fob u off and ask you to keep waiting. Got a full refund now via PayPal. Beware!!

made an order and paid on 10 October, est. delivery 4, 5 days a couple of weeks later no delivery I contacted the company , very apologetic, etc. etc. I wanted the product and not a refund so I decided to wait. Late October, Company email stating the order was stage 3 with delivery on 10 Nov. Today is the 27 Nov, no delivery. It's a joke.! I won't desist now until I get my money back.

Placed an order on 12th October. As at today, 27th Nov, most of it still hasn't arrived. My experiences with this company, heretofore, have been faultless so it's extra disappointing to experience this nosedive in service. Customer service currently comprises waffling generic emails that totally fail to address the key issue of non arriving orders. I'm afraid I've had to reorder my goods from another retailer and open a dispute with PayPal to obtain a refund. Regretfully I won't be giving Health Monthly any more of my custom and I cannot recommend as things stand currently.

I have been using Healthmonthly for about a decade with brilliant service and great products. If an order failed to arrive I received an immediate replacement or refund. It has now all gone wrong!! I placed an order at the end of August which was dispatched (allegedly!) at the start of September, for a delivery date 1st October. I have made numerous enquiries about my delivery, and was fobbed off with vague promises that the parcel would come at some point. Then, bizarrely, in common with other reviewers, they sent me a credit note for their "partner website" at which absolutely EVERYTHING was out of stock. I raised a case with PayPal to which Healthmonthly did not respond. The parcel arrived this morning (after 3 months) so I have cancelled the paypal case. I don't think this company is a scam, but it is showing all the signs of a failing company heading for bankruptcy. Avoid!!

I placed an order on the 3rd August. It arrived on the 26th November and was incorrect. I did receive a refund in the interim however, and found Caryl from customer services to be fast at responding to my emails, understanding and helpful. I have given an extra star thanks to Caryl’s service.

Don't normally write reviews, but felt I need to, to somewhat stick up for Health Monthly. Ordered late August, 1 item arrived after a month, but after a month past the epected date for the other items I contacted the company. Got an apologetic reply, saying the good will arrive, please be patient. Another month went by, decided to contact again and ask for a refund or credit card chargeback, but the rest of the items finally arrived 3 days ago ... I had given up on them. They came via the Netherlands ... may have come via the US or anywhere, but as seemingly everyone have experience the same thing much better customer service is needed. I thought they were a scam reading the stuff on here, but clearly they are not, just hopeless at customer service ....sometimes just admitting the problems/issues honestly is not as bad as people think ..offering a discount on the next order etc. They were clearly not dispatched when they said ..it can't take 3 months by any means of transport ...so there must have been a supply issue etc ...so just be honest, offer a discount etc and not let people think you are a scam company. Do you want me to run your customer service?? Treat people with respect and they'll respect you.

Recieved some of my items nearly after three months after the order placed. Sent numerous emails but the order got a automated reply. Some arrived few weeks after the order placed. The despatch date never accurate. Have ordered before covid from them order does take long but not this long. But got all of my items

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Like many others I ordered and paid for goods that never arrived. Each time I asked for a delivery update I only received a long irrelevant cut & paste generic reply, filled with excuses and no info about my particular order. This went on for months. At the moment I am one of over 1600 customer with the same experience. This is an outside UK organisation and is a SCAM. Fortunately I paid by PayPal who today have earned me a full refund. If you have paid by PayPal they are very helpful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM.

I ordered on 11 August, with my order status being immediately changed from "Successfully Received" to "Moving to Dispatch". It was not moved to "Fully Dispatched" until 23 August, which was, coincidentally, after I had contacted the owner of the company, having been unable to make direct contact with his staff (telephone closed, chat only open for automated replies). After various automated responses, in early October I was able to find someone else online who works for the company, and this person was able to identify that the item was stuck in Customs at Heathrow, and get it released within a week. It then took nearly 6 weeks to reach me. I was surprised to see, on receiving the package today, that it appeared to be an airmail package with postage paid at PostNL in the Netherlands. I am therefore totally mystified as to what happened. I am a mail order seller myself (of second-hand books) and have had no serious problems this year with deliveries by airmail to assorted countries. But my main complaint is that there was no clear and obvious warning on the original purchase that this was not coming from UK. The company has set up another site, Healthshop.net, which does have such information, and back in October they sent me a voucher for this site because of the problems I was having, but items I wanted were either not in stock there or being delivered from America with a high carriage charge, so I have not yet used the voucher.

After having the same issues as everyone else (ordered in Sept, meant to be delivered early Nov), and still nothing I contacted HM and got a reply from Chad. Chad offered a credit note that could be used on another site (?) to enable me to order from there (something is definitely not right). I checked the site where I could use the credit note - and guess what.....the product I have been waiting for is......wait for it...... ‘out of stock’ So the credit note is of no use to me. I have written back to chad and explained this and requested a refund in accordance with their own terms and conditions (not sure I’ll get a reply) and the easy option will to be to blame covid. Covid does NOT stop them processing refunds! Will never order from here again, and I’ve been using them for a while. Please order from elsewhere.

Unfortunately something has gone badly wrong with this company. I would strongly advise potential customers to avoid placing an order in the near future as you are not likely to receive it! I rarely write negative reviews as I realise they will have an impact on a company but customers need to be made aware of poor service as well as great service! I have ordered several times before from this company and the order process was flawless from order to delivery - max seven days turnaround. However, I recently (late September) ordered two bottles of a supplement and am still awaiting delivery despite the item being listed as in stock! The dispatch time kept being moved later and later into the year on my account page listing. Finally I messaged them using the website service (interestingly, no direct email address or phone number provided - always a bad sign, although you would not notice this until you need it!) asking for a refund. I received no reply and suddenly an email saying the order has dispatched with a delivery date of ( you guessed it) a month away! I have been online shopping all though the pandemic and have not experienced delays of any longer than three weeks so I highly doubt that Covid is the reason for these delays. My point is, although good in the past, this company has run into considerable difficulties and are still taking orders for products they are unable to deliver. They are being vague with customers when they do reply to queries or they simply stop replying altogether. I have contacted my credit card provider to recover my losses. Customers should consider themselves warned and proceed with extreme caution!

I have now received my order! Yes, it has taken nearly three months to arrive, but I do believe that this delay has been beyond the control of the company due to the delays in orders being delivered from source in various parts of the USA. I believe this hiatus in the service is due to the huge problem being experienced because of the COVID infection; companies in this country experienced similar delays during the first lockdown. I have ordered products from Health Monthly on many occasions over a period of several years and this is the first time I have experienced this type of delay. Item took a long time to arrive but was not their fault. Communication was great and they even sent me a goodwill gift voucher for the long wait.

Ordered on 7th Oct and just received an email yesterday to say that's them just dispatched it but expect it by 22nd December, have they sent it by carrier pigeon? I've had parcels delivered quicker from China and I'm not even joking. COVID can't be blamed for everything, sorry.

Ordered an item in September and still haven’t received it. I have been told to wait for another month for it to arrive , apparently dispatched 26th October. What a terrible company. Avoid at all cost !

I had been waiting since August to either receive my goods or get a refund. The same experience as many on here the same email sent over and over again. Thanks to advice on here since contacted Jersey Trading Standards and received a full refund the next day. Thanks everyone

I placed an order on 24 August and after a week, I received an email that the order should arrive by October 1. Nothing arrived on October 1. Then through various emails, I was told it should arrive by October 15, which did not arrive. The most annoying aspect was the fact that they no longer respond to telephone calls and their emails were automated responses. I would never order anything again from this company, even though at the end through my credit card, I managed to get a refund. Even allowing delays due to the current epidemic, their behaviour cannot be excused. If they do not have the personnel to deal with orders and customer enquiries, they should say so at the point of order.
