Having brought cameras and lens from hdew cameras, I was pleased to find they had another site selling various other stuff. Found the Elinchrom photo lights kit I wanted at the lowest price even after adding delivery charge. It was delivered fast and well packed. Minor issue with delivery address mistake but i won't hold that against them because i received it all ok. I will be using them again without hesitation and thoroughly recommend them.

Bought a 3DS XL took a week to get it delivered. Had a quick response from HDEW from both over the phone and e-mail. However, the delivery was £9.99 and compared to the competitors, it's very expensive since it took a week for that delivery price. I would give 5 stars if the delivery was cheaper and with more options.
I was looking for the new Nintendo 3ds xl and found HDEW to have the cheapest price, it was actually about £50 cheaper than anywhere else, and if I needed to sort something out with delivery it was done very quickly, and response to email was quick too...I would use them again and would definitely recommend them too.

I've had trouble with ordering from discount sites like this before, there's usually a reason you manage to find what you're looking for at 20% off the main retailers. I decided to just go for it after seeing how well reviewed HDEW cameras was and figured if this site was bad then there'd be more negative reviews. My item arrived 3 working days after I ordered it and was sent tracking information to follow the order. The support team replied very quickly. Only down side was that delivery was charged at £9.99 and yet the delivery sticker showed postage had only cost them £4.33, oh and it was a European version so instructions were Spanish not English - but I didn't need them and still saved about 20% off the price I'd have paid anywhere else though so its 5 stars from me.
Had a couple of teething problems with the site when trying get to alter my basket. So phoned them for help. The guys who answered could not gave been more pleasant , polite and helpful if they had tried. The product is great the price brilliantly cheap and the item arrived the very next morning. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back again when the need arises. Thank you

I purchased Tetenal (Savage) Trans-Lum 1,37m x 5,48m which I haven't been able to find anywhere else in the UK, it is a roll of transclucent plastic great to use as a photography backdrop or diffusion material. I called to ask about the product and they were extremely helpful and the product was delivered promptly by courrier. I was very happy with the service and the product - thank you for stocking this item it has been so difficult to find!
I have done about 10 purchases fromHDEW and have found them totally reliable about dates give or take one day once. The cameras (3) were totally as advertised, Canon Lenses the same The only real difference was the much lower prices charged I have never used returns service, so can't comment on that, although the guarantees are far in excess of UK high street ones Only thing not so good is telephone answering but maybe their prices don't allow any spare staffing

I ordered a Doro mobile phone with docking station. Hdewextra sold them both together much cheaper than any other site I could find. Delivery was free and I received the goods 3 days later.
I had used HDEW before on a number of occasions so I had no qualms ordering when I found HDEWEXTRA were the cheapest in the UK for sensor cleaning fluid. I was not disappointed. I recommend them and will use again when they are the cheapest.
