Expensive CFAST card returned as faulty and corrupting images. Returned RM Special delivery due to £500 value. HDEWextra did refund for the card but not the postage which was £6.45. Emailed again asking for return postage fee and received no reply or refund. This company seems unaware of their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This is a pity as HDEW had gained a good reputation for their customer service but I will not be buying from them again. Please think before ordering from them!! UPDATE - Olly at HDEWextra has emailed to say that they made a genuine mistake and they will now refund the postage. Thank you Olly!!
I was happy when i found that case. In USA and EAST EUROPE you can get it in any phone shop in UK only on this web. It is my 3rd one. Price about 5pounds more expensive but I get what i wanted. Thanks
The items I ordered were far cheaper than any one else could offer. Although despatch took a few days, probably as a result of ordering just before a weekend the actual delivery was quick and relatively cheap. Recommended.
The retailer Hdewextra supplied the goods as described. Sad to see lots of those little polystyrene snails in the box - no idea what to do with them now! - but apart from that everything's been fine.

Bought a very expensive printer from them - at a cheaper price than I could find elsewhere. Printer arrived quickly, very well packed. My only (faint) criticism is that it was very difficult to track my order, as I could not find out when the printer was despatched, and who the courier was, but luckily I was at home when it came. Only a very small point, as I was very pleased with the company

At first when I can across this website I was VERY suspicious. After reading people's TrustPilot review I decided to place an order for the new Nintendo 3DS XL. Still sceptical I called and spoke with someone from the company who advised me that It would be on next day delivery. STILL! very suspicious the day after my 3DS arrived like I was told. Safe to say this website is legit!

Went on the website to order my son's Christmas present, and when I went to pay, the credit card payment service was down (not HDEW's fault!) but it meant that in order for the order to go through, I finalised it by saying "pay by bank transfer" (which was slightly confusing as the HDEW system then listed my order as "cancelled" at this point). As I did this on a Saturday morning, the bank transfer wasn't matched by HDEW until Monday afternoon, but they were very nice in dealing with my query and letting me know the timescale when I phoned and reassuring me that my order was not cancelled. When the transfer was matched the order progressed quickly and was with me less than 48 hours later, so great service.
Have used them in the past and got a Nikon Zoom lens at the best price i cpould find and so was happy to use them again for some studio lights, again the best price I could find be a long way. Ordered them on the Saturday and they were here by the Thursday, was kept informed throughout the process too
I was unsure as to whether or not to use this company as the price looked too good however I would definitely recommend them. I bought a 3DS XL and it arrived in perfect condition and works perfectly. I was worried as to when it would arrive so I emailed the company and they responded virtually immediately.
