Gurpreet had been so reliable and so professional that any clarifications that I have had during my course period, the answer to it has always landed in my inbox promptly the next working day. Preet also assisted me in getting a permanent role in Bupa Dental practice by supporting me with the student enrollment letter on time for which I am grateful for. Harriet Ellis is an excellent study centre with a great team of efficient staffs for anyone to start their dental nursing diploma and I feel proud to have been a part of that wonderful team. Tia is the absolute best consultant to be paired with when beginning the apprenticeship, she’s so understanding & accommodating and really helped me when I was struggling with the process! She’s also really funny and made me laugh more than I’d like to admit! Definitely just a great person overall <3

They are very helpful and supportive ... the staff are well spoken and make you feel very comfortable... even when your struggling with anything they help you in the nicest and appropriate way possible. Shannyn is such an amazing staff she is so supportive any problems she is the person to approach!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was employed for only a month before unceremoniously being let go through no fault of my own. The company's management lacks professionalism and empathy. The treatment I received was shocking and unacceptable. It is clear that they do not value their employees and are willing to let go of them without any valid reason. I would caution anyone considering working for this company to be extremely cautious and consider other options. I would strongly discourage anyone from taking a course through this company too. Despite the CAVA course being advertised as a 3-month program, it took me a full year to complete. This was not due to any fault of my own, but instead due to the incompetence of the course organisers. Communication was poor, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get a response. The overall experience was stressful, disorganized and frustrating. Save yourself the headache and look for course providers elsewhere.

I recently had the misfortune of studying at Harriet Ellis. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience there. From the poor quality of assistance to the lack of training support, I was extremely disappointed with my time there. Please don't go there, You will lose your money. it's not a worthy institute

I cannot thank them enough.... They have such a wonderful supportive team no matter what they still come back and help in the most nicest ways EVER!! I cannot thank them enough they helped me through so much even when I was struggling.

If I could give 0 stars I would don’t waste your time with them. All I have to say is save your time and find a trust worthy agency or better a college that does the apprenticeship course as they won’t let you down. There is a reason why all the good reviews are new people who have only started wait till they actually are on the course.

Shannyn was great over the phone, it came as a shock when they rang but she helped me through the process by asking me questions and reassuring me. Overall very good experience!

Avoid them. The money you paying not worth it. They are very nice to you in the beginning, and then they ask you to write a positive review. I got several reminder emails to write my wonderful experience on trustpilot. When you need support you get almost nothing. I started course with them paid 2300£ get nothing back. Avoid! You can do better.

I belive Shannyn Stiffell was the person who lead my application process, she was really lovely and helpful i knew exactly what i needed to hand i, although the short waits where really nerve racking everything was done over a short period of time i didn’t feel mislead and feel positive towards the rest of my application.
