Amy was so kind! I have a cough and while she was taking my details, she made sure i felt comfortable and told me I could feel free to clear my throat/ cough if necessary. She was very polite and I enjoyed speaking with her.

Amy was very helpful in explaining each step of the application process to me and helping me complete everything. She was very understanding and welcoming, as well as being very pleasant and kind.

Chloe was great ,she helpful and nice. But i havent heard from the other person who is meant to be finding my apprenticeship in over a month.

I sent an application regarding a dental apprenticeship and was told someone by the name of ‘Danny’ was meant to help me find a place. I emailed this individual but was ignored many times and even emailed asking if we could phone in order to arrange something or sort out the application progress but was still ignored. Deeply disappointed as I expected more. However on a positive note Chloe was great help and even rang me and ran me through the process . I have to say she’s very professional and very reassuring. I did mention this to her and she apologised nd was extremely kind. Just a shame the other person decided to ignored me . Very unprofessional and unfortunate.

If i could rate lower than 1 star i would. There has been no help from Chloe Chant at all or any of the people who i have spoken to at Harriet Ellis. To provide a bit of understanding on the matter, i signed up with Harriet Ellis and they found me an interview which was great. However i went to the interview which all went smoothly and well at and was told i’d hear back “this friday or next” So i wait and wait and wait and wait. To not hear back at all which isn’t entirely Harriet Ellis’s fault however since they work with them i still hold them partially accountable. The fact that the message times with Chloe Chant and the other agents takes hours to days to weeks also doesn’t help at all. I have spoken to other people there one i remember was called Amy and they weren’t much more help either. Chloe ignored my request multiple times when i asked for an update when she said she would ask for an update and let me know (bare in mind this was a 2-3 weeks ago now) Chloe Chant also had me waiting for a phone call which she didn’t end up carrying out and then requested to do one the day after which i ended up cancelling plans to answer for her to only turn around and say the topic of the call was already discussed so she essentially wasted 2 days on top of the weeks she had me patiently waiting just to be let down again and again. I would not recommend Chloe Chant at all and i wouldn’t recommend Harriet Ellis either as they are lackadaisical and care free.

This company has been so helping to me, they have been doing my documents so quickly especially Chloe chant, I would recommend this to many people who want to do dentistry apprenticeships or nursing.
