They terminate my apprenticeship without completing my course after 3 years, via email. I had 8 Tutors in 3 years, and apparently, it's good for the students, More knowledge.I was told. I had difficulties uploading workbooks in 3 years i didn't get 1 tutor to help me...and it was my fault, bc I didn't see the videos provided...What's the point of a tutor, then???? This is all true and happened to me. They also asked me to pay 2 grand to complete the qualification next year..I only thought SURE. IT'S A VERY BAD SCHOOL.BAD BAD BAD

Worst possible company to work to work with!!! Please avoid at all costs! The most unhelpful and unprofessional company I have ever worked with in my 9 years in industry. Practices please avoid and do not waste your time!

I am grateful for a course that gives people the opportunity to learn on the job. The the admin side of this company was excellent and every time I needed help Gurpreet Kaur was very helpful and prompt. I didn't enjoy not having a consistent tutor that was helping us I think we had 4 maybe 5 seperate people providing us lessons and the lessons varied in quality. The revision sessions were okay but I did not find them helpful. Overall I have had a good experience!

The tutors are amazing, I have been on other courses and none of them beat this one. The teaching and classes are great. They are reliable, they are actually there to help you. Any help I have ever needed or any questions I’ve ever had, Gurpreet & Sara have always been there. I’ve had a great experience with Harriet Ellis, I’d definitely recommend.

I have had an excellent experience with Harriet Ellis. The team helped me every step of the way when I completed an Access to HE course. Then when I was looking at doing the the Dental Radiography course, Noelia made it her priority to get me enrolled all within one day before the deadline date. I was very grateful. During this course, I have been very lucky to have frequent conversations with Gurpreet, who checks in with me regularly to check if I need any help and keeps me up-to-date with important deadline dates. I could not recommend Harriet Ellis enough if you are looking at doing an online course.

Getting an opportunity to learn under Harriet Ellis for my dental nursing course is really good and going well so far. They have always been very helpful to their students and student support staff’s Noelia and Gurpreet have been amazing. When I need help and call them their service is outstanding as always.

Joining Harriet Ellis has been a really good experience so far and they have always been very supportive. Gurpreet, my student support officer has been keeping in touch with me to see if I am getting on well with my course or if I am facing any problem. The whole student support team has always been very helpful and available whenever I have any queries.

My experience speaking to Gurpreet ( A Harriet Ellis Employee) is always positive as she always makes an effort to answer my questions (and I have a lot of them sometimes). Alternatively, Gurpreet puts me through to someone who can help with my question.
