I spoke to Chloe on the phone and she was really nice and helpful. She had a positive attitude throughout the phone call which made me feel comfortable.
The experience was a mix overall I really enjoyed the learning and being able to study at my own pace but one thing I would improve is to encourage the DE to mark their students work on time. However, fortunately my DE Shelly was amazing and one of the most helpful people ever. The end point assessor Michelle was also very helpful in giving me my results on top and providing me with ways to improve my study techniques. I wouldn’t have been able to achieve my qualification without them.

Very polite and easy to speak too. When she spoke she spoke clearly. She made sure to introduce herself and asked if it was a suitable time to speak which is very considerate.
