Ordered a SMEG Range cooker here October 2023. Hardy's was the best price anywhere by a significant amount. They answered my questions via email very quickly and when I needed to speak to someone, the phone was answered every time and also quickly. Hardy's appeared to value my custom and treated me with courtesy and respect. Delivery was very fast and installation was carried out by 2 men who were friendly and careful of both the range and my property. When I had a problem with the range, Hardy's sorted it quickly. This is how business should be conducted. Would not hesitate to buy from them again!

Good product at a good price with free delivery! Only downside was that the product (a dishwasher) took 8/9 weeks to arrive rather than the stated 8/10 days originally quoted. I didn't mind this so much but I got no communication from the company during this time. Having said that I'd still use Hardy's again.

SO SORRY, IM AFRAID ITS UPSET ME SO MUCH, IM STILL TRYING TO BALANCE MY WASHING MACHINE SO I CAN USE IT. AT THE MOMENT I HAVE TO GET SOMEONE TO COME AND LEVEL MY KITCHEN FLOOR, WHY, ON DELIVERY, MY SUPPLIER DID NOT CHECK TO SEE IF THE MACHINE WAS SITTING ON THE CORRECT FLOORING. I AM 86 YEARS OLD, AND NEEDED A LITTLE HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM. SO HERE I AM, HOPING TO GET IT SORTED SOON. IM VERY SURPRISED, THE AFTER SALES SERVICE HAS LET US DOWN, HARDYS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SO GOOD WITH A LOT OF FURNITURE WE HAVE BOUGHT FROM THEM, A WONDERFUL LEAM AT THEIR FURNITURE SHOP, AND THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS FIRST CLASS.
