Bought freezer which it transpired had been damaged in transit. Which transit no-one knows. Damage wasn't visible until all packaging had been removed. Conor at Hardys dealt with the issue swiftly to my complete satisfaction. 5 stars despite the damage for excellent customer service.

My built-in oven packed up last Friday evening so I searched the internet for a replacement worrying that with the Covid19 situation I may have a long wait for it to arrive! Found the one that suited best and compared prices/stock availability/earliest delivery time etc. Best option was Hardys Kilkeel and because I’d dealt with them previously I did not hesitate! Ordered the item on-line @ around 6.00pm on the Friday evening and was so surprised to get a phone call at 9.30 am next morning from them to check if I would be at home to take delivery of my order. Their delivery van pulled up at my house about 1 hour later with my oven. What excellent service and so obliging, Highly recommend this company - definitely deserve my 5 star rating🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Fast and easy
Found this company through google - the price for the kenwood mixer was really good. I emailed the company regarding postage to the UK and they came back to me quite quickly. Could track the delivery. The mixer is brilliant and the package was undamaged. Would recommend.
