I needed a new cooker so went to Hardys, my local electrical shop and got Alan a very pleasant and knowledgeable sales assistant. He was extremely patient with my endless questions and knew all about the products on sale. He didn't push for a sale as I was going home to discuss which cooker we should get and then phoned my order in a few hours later. The cooker was delivered and installed the following morning and the old cooker taken away with all the packaging. I got a really good deal and would highly recommend Hardy's for excellent customer service and price.
