I am very pleased with my purchase of a Dyson cordless V7. About the company : after receiving the order acknowledgement I had no further news regarding estimated despatch and delivery so after 7 days I emailed them and received a reply very promptly. The item was then delivered as advised and very well packaged. About the item : I am very pleased, very light an easy to use. I only have wooden and vinyl floors so I cannot comment about efficiency on carpets. The battery charge lasts long enough to clean the whole house (3 double bedrooms). Will recommend the item and the company as would buy from them again.
