The reason we keep coming back to Hardys is that we have been customers of the firm for many years and have constantly been delighted with the outstanding service (both before and after purchasing). Our most recent purchase was a TV and, in spite of the clarity of Thomas's explanation of how to operate it, we ran into a problem.
