This was my first time ordering custom enamel products and I am very happy with the quality of what I received from this company. But for me, the real star of the whole experience was the agent assigned to help me with my order, Christina. Not only was I new to all the options, I’m also a total perfectionist, so the process of refining my design and finalising it took a while and involved several iterations. She was extremely patient the whole time and did not once lose track of or neglect any of the multiple little changes I requested. In fact, she was so good to work with and has left me feeling so positive about the experience, I will probably come back with more projects than I otherwise would have considered or planned on. Hopefully I’ll get Christina again when I do.

This company was able to meet my timeline and wasn't as expensive as others. Overall, the patches looked great but there were discrepancies in quality between patches. Most of them had no issues, while some had loose or extra pieces of thread embroidered into the patch making it look messy; for that I took off one star. I was working with Teresa.

I just had to share how thrilled I am with my recent purchase! The pin is even more beautiful in person than it looked online. The colors are so vibrant, and the quality is fantastic. It feels really sturdy, and the clasp seems very secure. Mia was super responsive and helpful to all my changes. The shipping was also super fast, and the pin was packaged really well. I'm definitely going to be buying more pins from this shop in the future. Highly recommend!
