Upon receiving the medals, the quality of the medal was outstanding. It was an urgent request, but Alex made sure I received them on time.

Their website was easy to use and helpful in designing my coin. The only minor issue I had with their design app was trying to identify colors in the available images to match with other elements. It would be nice if they showed the code for the set / stock color. Their proof process found a typo in my design and Simony was very quick to update the design and provide a new proof. My error lost a day or so in the manufacturing process, but Simony offered to do what he could to make my need date. It has been a great experience and reasonably priced. This is my first coin and I expect there to be more in the future given my experience so far.
