I placed an order for some custom acrylic keychains and the order and communication were very straightforward and additional information regarding the order (including a mock-up) was very quick to arrive. These follow-up emails, sent by an employee named Chris, also provided opportunities to double-check shipping information and asked if there was a specific day by which I’d like the order to arrive. This is my first time ordering from this website but I’m glad to say that the experience has been going smoothly!

I’m always impressed by the quality of the enamel pins I’ve ordered in the past. I even reordered some of my pin designs from high was super easy to do thanks to Cathy’s help and quick responses.

Fantastic job helping me capture the image and turning it into a coin for my client. They make a great product and offer reasonable prices. The only problem I had is that as someone that works for clients, designing for and making orders for clients, I am often not in charge of the timeline and the amount they take to review mockups and make decisions. The sales team can be a little overbearing in the amount and frequency of emails trying to move forward. It took my client a month to be ready to move forward and I recieved an email almost daily asking me if I was ready to approve the design and move to the next step. Cut it back from every day to maybe once a week and it will make it much better to deal with.

PHENOMENAL PATCHES. Honestly, if you're ordering from anyone else, you're wasting your money. Big shout out to Jean for helping pick out just the right colors!! This is my second order of patches and I won't order from anyone else. Thank you!!
