Purchase was smooth and the delivery was also. Communication was maintained. As for product itself it’s early, haven’t opened it yet. A lot heavier than expected which I guess is a good thing.
My only complaint is that the delivery was extremely expensive.
12x12 foam tiles. I hot glue onto cardboard to create custom sound baffling. I used them to build out my Voice Over booth, which is a repurposed closet 4x5 foot with a 10 ft ceiling. The noise floor before foam tile treatment was -25dB. After treatment -62dB. A significant improvement. The main reason for the tile is to remove echo and reverb. The tile treatment, for me, reduced my vocal reverb hugely.

Great Product, this is the 3rd time ordering mats from great mats. Moved locations and had to add some more to cover the floor. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick.
Delivered 48 hours after order completed online (and free delivery at that.) Ordered "Kids and Gym" puzzle mats. Color is a bit inconsistent, but otherwise quality is fine and I think they will serve the purpose--a 20x40' basement obedience/rally practice area for a Schipperke (13# dog.)

The product is great! However my experience in purchasing it was less than ideal. The inability of the sales person to understand I was able to unload these pallets off a Mack truck with my tractor seemed to be hard to comprehend even though I repeatedly stated it was easy and completely possible. They are pallets of foam not bricks!

Product arrived great. Still on skids sitting and waiting for installation. The original shipping date was pushed out 2 different times. So now we waiting our turn in Q to have it installed as the installers we booked on the original date. So now installation will not happen til Dec/ beginning of Jan. Which pushed our building opening until Jan if 2024 instead of Oct 2023.
I was given a higher shipping price of nearly $100 when I was ready to order than the first quote for same amount material. When I complained, shipping dropped to quote level, however was told could only ship 29 mats instead of 30 mats to avoid more costly freight and stay with ups. That evidently turned out to be untrue because when I received the two boxes, one had 15 mats and the other 14 mats. Obviously both boxes could have contained 15 mats, this freight shipping was never really the true reason for the higher shipping costs explained.🤨😕
