I spoke to customer service directly when ordering my mats. They quoted me one price and charged me another. So annoying. When I questioned them, they said "we will escalate this to financial team" and now I am ghosted. Mats arrived, which are great, but suboptimal management at forefront of customer service.
Great product! We use ours to make a path on our hard floors so our elderly dog can walk easier. Mats are so easy to install & rearrange, easy to clean. This was our 2nd order and we are very pleased.

Our order was taken by Sarah who was very professional and personable at the same time. She routed our diagram to the correct department and sent the finished layout to us for approval. Once we got the mats we found that 2 of them were not right, they were too small and had a different surface on them. We sent Sarah photos and in no time she got back to us with a shipping date for the correct mats. We got them and they fit perfectly. Sarah stayed in touch with us from beginning to end. Mistakes happen, it's how they're handled that makes all the difference. Sarah made things right. Everything was good except I was double charged for my shipping which was over 200.00. And I had to bring it to your attention. Plus it’s been a week and I haven’t received my refund. Please find out where it is.

Great experience! Website was easy to navigate. Had a great selection. Really good prices. Super fast delivery. Wonderful experience! I will say though, the ordering page where you type in all your info.. it doesn't like punctuation.. no apostrophe or anything.. you will get an error code and drive you nuts.. so leave out any punctuation your company name may have in it!

The mats are great. After removing my 20+ yr old 'wall to wall' carpet I wanted a low maintenance area carpeting that would accommodate my home of three small dogs. These mats give the comfort of 'wall to wall' but easier to keep clean. Because I don't have a large home I've chosen to use these mats as luxury area rugs. Three more mats would be helpful because I've spit the box I bought: three mats in my Livingroom and two in my bedroom. What I like most is the luxury feel of these mats!
