Great quality! Easy to put in. I think I am on 4 th Sales person in 4 months plus the mats i had reserved got sold so i had to wait an extra 6 weeks plus i still do not have a few mats.
As far as ordering, quality of mats, things went pretty smooth. There was some confusion, not clear instructions, and fine print not clearly explained where installation and hardware was concerned. Furthermore, when I emailed my contact to explain how that ball was dropped it was just a generic apology and I should have seen it in the fine print. Customer service lacked in that dept. There was also some delivery issues, some of which was out of their control, but could have been explained better from their end.
