Delivery was an issue, supposed to arrive on Friday, arrived on Monday. Delivery driver phoned at 9.30 on Monday said he would be 30/60 minutes. Ended up arriving at 12. All that being said, that was issue with haulage company. The service from graf was top notch. Instructions confused the builder a little. I think were in the age where there should be a qr scanner which links to a video explaining installation. :)
Good team to deal with and tank seems good quality
I approach Graf with a request for a package treatment plant, infiltration tunnels and fresh water box drainage for my extension project. They couldn’t have been anymore helpful in the design, support and supply of all associated parts. It’s nice to come across such a well organised company.
