When I purchased my large water butt and connected to the rain water down pipe it didn't collect water. You imagine after spending £s for it not to work how frustrated i was. After contacting the company and talking to them they sent me a replacement diverter. Once I replaced the old item everything worked well. Now thats what I call service, well done

Best service ever! Ordered some items to finish the refurbishment of my drive and was short by one strip of edging. I didn’t need a full pack so thought I would be a bit cheeky and ask if I could purchase just one strip. I sent an email and was surprised, and delighted, to receive a package, within a few days, with the one strip sent FOC. Happy Days!
