Thank you for this training session. It is very educative and demonstrates insights to the waste water treatment principal and method used. I have been building infrastructure for 30 years and waste water is one of my main challenges to cope with.
We have had a system installed by an accredited Graf installer. Building control have condemned it. Graf are refusing to talk to us and have blocked emails. The accreditation appears to be not worth the paper it's printed on. Buyer beware.

A very good CPD presentation. The course was arranged well. The technical content, in particular around the cellular system was very informative, with a good representation of the installation technique. It's hard to judge content of a 1 hour CPD as there was a lot to cover, so the only betterment for the presentation one could suggest, may be a summary at the end of other modules. What can I say about graff , well after a massive headache install which was nothing to do with graff but tanks and kit supplied by them I was in near breakdown , i phones the Glascow office and spoke with a guy named Ewan McMillan , he was quite simply brilliant and set my mind at ease , sent me some extras free of charge and recommended a third party to come and commission the tank for my peace of mind , It’s too early for me to comment on the tanks efficiency as it’s only been in for a few months but I’m told they are the best on the market. In terms of After sales I’d say 100/10 Well done graf you have my approval and to prove I’m a happy customer I’ve gone out of my way unprompted to give this 5 star review
Great product well presented
Misleading. I have just paid £21.60 for what turned out to be a round perforated disc of stainless steel. I saw their rodent guard and thought it might meet my needs. There were no product specs or dimensions, only a photo which appeared to show an integrated unit consisting of a pipe with metal disk at the end. I called Graf to ask about this product and get dimensions. I also asked how long the pipe was. This was their opportunity to say there is no pipe, the pipe in the photo is for illustration purposes only, and you only get a flat round disc for your money. Instead the bloke told me it was about 45 cm long. So either he didn't know or didn't care. So now I have to work out how to make my £21 of metal disc work for me. Have tried to call the company but no one is answering. This might seem like a totally insignificant purchase to them, but their lack of duty of care is off putting. Not impressed, won't be using them again.

Lovely Company to work with from Matt @ the top to the girls ( and guys ) who respond quickly , accurately on the enquiry desk . Gotta mention Debra who is so polite in responding to say " onto this Barry " meaning straight away that Enquiry has been received and is being worked upon. Prices of late have sneaked up a little but overall cannot in any way be negative about GRAFs overall offering . Must also mention technical awareness and back up , recently Mark visited site in Dover , we converted order - Contractor involved totally over the moon with this site meeting.
