delivery from USA to Germany. at first i was sceptical if this really works. there are so many fake-shops. but now i'm very happy. everything went great !

The product was out of Stock so I bought somewhere else. Two weeks later they sent me the product without order Shipping was 20$ so I will probably not send it back

I was having inquiry and they are not responsive.9

Late shipping, slow responses, no information. Instead of answering questions they offer store credit of 10 bucks. I want what I paid for, not a discount the next time they scam me. It's been more than 9 days since my order/payment and still it hasn't been shipped. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

The delivery was very fast from USA and the products were complete. There's only one thing I have to complain, there were no informations on the website about customs duties! So I had to pay 54€ customs retroactively! I'll try the products and decide afterwards if it will make sense to order again because of the price.

I ordered 2 products on the 24th and some days after that get a message regarding the availability of said products, I contacted them via email but I've yet to get a response even after 3 days have passed. Edit: They've responded and managed to acquire the products to be shipped, I'm just happy they didn't resort to refunding my money and wasting my time so I'm changing my review to 4 stars. :)

I needed a pair of hearing aids urgently while I’m on holiday in Australia so was impressed that they arrived two days before expected. However I was sent two right side. I have emailed their customer service but no response. I am amazed that they could make such an inefficient and fundamental mistake. Will be interested to see how they sort it out and will report.

I ordered 10 bars of chocolate. It arrived shredded/broken/some of it melted and then became a blob rather than a chocolate bar. Appalling. Never again

AVOID GoSupps.com at all cost!!!!! This company is illegally trying to sell our products without our permission, at an increased price, and they obviously just scraped our images and content (which we have a copyright to) from our Amazon product page. They clearly either bought some of our products from Amazon, and are simply listing the same products about $20+ higher than we sell them on Amazon. Or they just take the order from their site, and then just place an order on our Amazon product page, and add the shipping address of the person that bought it from on their site, all the while charging that person $20+ more than what we charge. What schlock and what a scam site!

I started out being wary, as I had never dealt with this company before, but they had a product that was hard to get so I gave them a go - only, though, after reading the (overall) positive reviews here in Trustpilot. There are good reasons to be cautious about online purchasing. My experience with GoSupps was definitely 5 stars. The whole process of ordering and paying for the transaction was trouble-free. Communication was excellent. I live in Australia and I was dubious about their claim to get the delivery here in 10 business days or less, but they absolutely nailed it. It arrived on my doorstep on the fourth business day after being shipped (7th business day from when I placed the order). Hats off to you GoSupps. A fantastic experience.

I order zarbee and it's still not arrived. When I contact them no one answer me. I need my money back please. I want a refund.
