The company is great and trustworthy. Their websites is neat, nice to look and easy to use. The websites is quick making purchase easy.

I've had issues in the past with other online shops with late deliveries, but this is just awesome.They have the best discounts and bonuses.

Their customer service is good, although a bit slow to answer and it takes them a few days to ship the items after placing the order. It would be 5 stars if they didn't send me 3 out of 4 ordered items. I had to ask them to send me the missing item for which I had to pay extra 25 eur at the customs.

Order no 2500131734 ,below are my experience I had . 1. worst customer service team , any response to expect would take 24 hours to get , 2. Delivery took 12 days which was late from the given schedule. 3. Go supps Prices compared to other marketplaces and company specific website are higher by Minimum 15-30%. I won’t be using again considering my experience now .

Ordered a multi piece cake decoration and it was exactly per description and looked beautiful on the cake.

The product I ordered was of a high quality and sizing was perfect. It was made of a durable material which I expect will last me some time. It was delivered within 5 working days but I did have to pay import duties(which weren't excessive) but worth the price.

This is my third time ordering from this company. Great service and the order arrived in a short amount of time. Bottles were bubble wrapped to prevent breakage. I am a very satisfied customer and will keep ordering from them. Prices are cheaper than vendors.

Got me the product WAY faster than ordering from the actual vendor -- DHL shipping to Canada was fine -- small duty fee ( but expected that ) and prices were decent as well.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a company. They screwed up my order and now won’t respond to any emails. After looking through other reviews, I’m wondering if any of those customers ever got the money they were owed. They sent something totally different than what I ordered and after emailing to get refunded they’re now just ignoring me. The company will probably respond to this review, apologize for the inconvenience, ask to email them…then just ignore you.

At first I was sceptical with this company but after looking at the reviews I decided to go ahead and I am happy I did. Customer service was excellent and I got my delivery less then a week to the UK, I will definitely I buy a again 👍

They sent me different products from what I ordered. I contacted their customer service by email and explained this. They responded after three days saying they had to pick up the products before they could resend the correct ones, and asked if the pickup address was the same as the shipping address, to which I responded yes. It's been two weeks now and they still haven't responded to that mail, nor arranged to pick up the products. By this point I still won't get the products I ordered in several weeks, which will probably be more than two months after I ordered them.

Great selection of products on the website. I placed my order and got an email a few days later informing me that one of the products was unavailable and asking if I wanted to substitute - which I did. I got a follow-up email confirming the change and that the items would ship in the following few days. My order actually arrived a couple of days earlier than expected! Communication and timing were excellent. My only small gripe is the import duties are quite steep and that isn't completely clear when placing an order. Other than that, would highly recommend GoSupps!
