GoSupps had a WhatsApp contact number which they responded to very efficiently and were extremely polite and answered all my questions and resolved any concerns I had. I had an issue with my customs charge and they were very quick to assist with this. Overall I’ve had a great experience from them , and the variety of products they supply is amazing! Apart from not receiving an email to let me know the order had been dispatched and me contacting the company (and was told it had been sent out) I received my order in France very quickly

What a great experience ordering from Gosupps.com - communication on my order was great, extremely fast delivery al the way to Australia. The items i bought are in glass bottles / jars and i was concerned it may brake in transit but Gosupps packaged it extremely well and it all arrived safely. About to place an order now. My package hasn't been shipped for 2 weeks. On 6 of my messages I only got one reply saying they are doing their best to ship it and that I got a store credit for the inconvenience. I mean, how hard is it to ship a 2 lb package? Their service is the worst I've had on internet and I've been shopping for almost 15 years constantly. Avoid this website at all cost. Edit: My order number is 2500118788. I ordered a package to my friend's address.
