Great customer service. Good wig just wished the wig was fuller, however the wig is super light, soft and neatly done. I will be buying from gosupps now especially because of the hair quality. The delivery was fast! I ordered on Monday got it on Friday ready for my event.

Shipment was fast, I got my product in a week (pretty good for international shipping!). I give 3 stars beacause The problem is that there was a leakage in the box. I don't know if the product will still be efficient though.

This is the worst quality i have ever seen and the frame is not even aligned. this product price should not be more than USD 5 and I paid USD 29 + 20+ 4.3 = USD 53.3 a total ripoff. Worst shopping experience ever.

Sorry to say, BUT I have made a payed order off course- #2500152839- haven't received any answer regarding the shipment or anything for that matter, just a confirmation they received the money. I really need the product to be shipped as quickly as possible, considering the shipment is very expensive I did not expect to receive this outcome... So disappointed...I had already a very bad experience with 1 outlets.com...The last thing I needed was to loose more money. LE: they answered promptly after my review, cronologically speaking, which I very much appreciate, but can't help to wonder if the review was the reason for it. UPDATE ON 18 oct. 2024. I did receive the products, it was a problem with transport, they actually payed for the products because they thought they were lost and wanted to help.

I had charges on my credit card and messages requesting import fees, but we did not recognize gosupps as a vendor we made purchases with. We attempted to contact gosupps to discuss the suspected fraudulent order and we experienced a bit of trouble making contact with the company through their listed resources. When we did finally make contact the order was legit! The Product we ordered was unrelated to supplements. Thank you for clearing up our confusion.

This by far the worst unprofessional company you can ever deal with , first it took them 10 days to process my order despite many follow ups knowing that their customer service response time is at least one day , finally my order got processed and they have sent me a DHL tracking number they got me so excited till after two day my shipment somehow Landed in a different continent and was delivered to someone in different country , Gosupps now doesn’t want to send me a new order nor refund me back my money they are blaming DHL as if DHL was my business partner not theirs’s , it’s been 3 weeks now without any resolution, order number 2500150662

Everything was very smooth, received my order from the US to Paris in a few days! Of course it is not cheap, because you have to cover shipping + customs taxes, but if you really need a specific product which is unavailable elsewhere, GoSupps is a choice!
