I was skeptical since I had not heard of GoSupps, prior. I ordered an item from the US website that was coming from China, I paid almost as much for expedited shipping as the cost of the item. Thirty days later I requested and got a refund as it was not delivered and no one could state why. Next, I ordered locally which was more than double the cost, and received the wrong item and size. Therefore I was a bit sceptical, as to where to purchase from next. GoSupps pricing and shipping cost were reasonable and the 5-10 day quick delivery from the US was a bonus since it had been 6 weeks since the original order. I contacted GoSupps on day 4 after realizing that I had not received an invoice and tracking number and much to my surprise the Item was delivered the following day, quicker than expected.

The service was super efficient. The product was sent right away and arrived even faster than planned. Thank you. I will use this company next time I need to renew my product!

Absolutely great guys to relate with. The product was good and you can actually communicate with them in real time using whatsapp. They reached everywhere in the world. I was able to send their product directly to my relatives in Africa without any dramas for a very reasonable amount.

Terrible service, I sent an order yesterday (2500164462), my credit card was charged and now customer service is telling me that they never charged my card even though my bank is confirming the charge was made. I received an order confirmation via email but they still tell me that the charge was not made. I need clarification ASAP, im calling to the number that appers on the web page and no one is answering me, the few answers I have received have not been helpful and have been via Whatsapp only. Updating my review I would like to share that someone finally contacted me and resolved the issue by refunding the full amount, I wish that person would have been there for me since the beginning of my experience.

This company did not give up on me! I had ordered a product which I cannot find in Canada. They made great efforts to get this to me, even though it could not be delivered by air. Their communication was excellent and kept my hopes up. I am now awaiting delivery of the product.

Ordered 12 x 800g klim powdered milk as advertised on your website. Surprise, only 1 x 800g just got delivered. Contacted their support team via WhatsApp. Must admit they turned my disappointment into a smile. The issue has satisfactorily resolved. Product as described, came quickly to Ireland, I wasn't expecting paying customs as it is not said clearly anywhere but in an order of €60 I paid €11 in customs. Just fine.
