There ended up being import fees. Which in the end costs me another $25. The site states this: "FIXED RATE DELIVERY Get your order anywhere on this planet within 5-10 days with a fixed rate of $19.99 (no matter the size of your order)" After I tracked my order and found out myself that there was a hold for unpaid import fees that I had no clue about. Then after messaging the company they told me this: "According to our Return Policy, If your order was returned to our warehouse due to not being able to clear it, we will be sorry to deduct 35% of the overall order value as the 2-way shipping cost then we can refund the remaining amount to your card." So yeah not to pleased to say the least.

Honest company These guys aren't in it to make a quick buck. They stand behind their products and care about their relationships with customers. Good quality products too.
