I ordered 3 bottles of multivitamins. Then I noticed that I had ordered the wrong one and immediately emailed them to cancel, which they never answered. They also have a WhatsApp number and I sent them a message. Again, no answer. I tried to call the number they've provided and that keeps going straight to voicemail! It's been a few days since and reading other reviews, I am sure I've been scammed. (Edited) I initially gave it 1 star. But now I changed it to 3 because a couple of days after writing this review they contacted me. They never accepted their fault and kept saying that they had never received any email or WhatsApp message. But I provided them with undeniable proof. They are still in denial! Anyhow, since they issued a full refund I changed my rating. But, as another reviewer mentioned here, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired unless you write a review here, which is unfortunate.

Theres extra (not disclosed)charges on top of your order. Im Pissed off at Gosupps. Looks like many others to. I saw nothing when checking out about border charges and duty? During shipping they hold the delivery hostage. Then notify you about needing you to pay more money. Quite a bit more. What happend to free trade? Crooks.

EDIT: Unfortunately I could not somehow get my ordered merchandise but as PROMISED, they refund me fully to compensate of the issues. Great customer service. I was very happy with the DHL delivery service and the tracking service but like other customers I was disappointed to discover that I had to pay a $22 custom fee on an order of $40. For whatever reason I assumed it was being delivered from Canada (probably my fault) but I think there should be a warning on your website that there might be a customs charge for orders outside of the US. In my case I might have ordered more to make it worthwhile or have it delivered to my friend's house just across the border in Washington state; I live in Vancouver.

My order received was not complete. I was offered full compensation once it was verified. I appreciate the personalized service. Thank you. Will order again from this company.

I am very happy with the customer service for this company. 100 percent. Though no fault of GoSupps I am leaving details of my experience regarding shipping to Italy, where I live, so others can understand what may also happen to them. I ordered for delivery to my address in Italy and had to pay an additional 28 euros in order to receive the package from customs. This seems excessive given that the total of the item I purchased was only 24.99. DHL shipping was $19.99 which seems reasonable, as it arrived within 4 days, but it was not without hassle, since I had to reply to Italian customs that I was in agreement to pay the import duty, and then had to instruct the DHL driver how to reach my address. I wish it was easier to order from the USA and deliver to Italy. My aging pup, needed this product which I could not find here in the EU. So I had no other choice. The team at GoSupps checked in with me to understand my frustration. Thank you.

Updated review March 20th: Changing from 1 ⭐️ to 5 ⭐️ because after I reported the issue to GoSupps they reached out, took responsibility for the mistake, refunded my purchase, and made it right. They did it quickly, they listened, they corrected an error. Fantastic customer service. Would gladly order from them again. Original review March 18th: I was sent a completely different product from the one I ordered. This is very frustrating after paying well over market value for the item, paying for international shipping, and paying the duties (which I expected). I've reported their mistake to them today (March 18th) and am hopeful for a quick refund and resolution to the issue, and I'll update this rating to reflect whether they dealt with their mistake well or poorly. One star to start since I paid for something and didn't get it, more stars for every way that they respond appropriately and make it better.

I have ordered America Medic & Science Preconception Plus to Germany, and once it is arrived DHL asked to pay additional 44.76 Euro as tax , why this is not mentioned when we did the purchase ? the total value is very high when you deliver outside the US.
