After an order on August 16, 2024, I have not yet received any tracking email about it (order No. 2500191329). I have not even received a response to two emails I sent on August 25 and 27. I am really starting to think, as someone wrote in his review, that GoSupps is a scam website.

I wanted a better glasses lens cleaner so had a look to see what other products were available outside the UK then I saw this US website and they stock all sorts of cleaners and other stuff I bought the Optix 55 6 piece pack and it is better than my current glasses cleaning solution will buy more when needed shipping is $19.99 to UK but package arrived within 3 days!

Good afternoon everybody, well I waited a bit to write this review because I need to test the product that I’ve ordered and to tell you about my experience with the company itself, first the product I’ve ordered a skin product which was amazing, but the company did a mistake by sending me only one tube when I’ve contacted them to explain what’s happened they’ve sent me the 10 tubes and they didn’t charge me for the first one , later they sent me a voucher that I could use at the same amount I’ve spent to pay the tax ( because I live in france and we have AVT ) the client service were understanding and professional and the shipment was very fast , so I highly recommend it:)

Super quick delivery. Ordered on a Monday from Ireland, parcel delivered on Friday the same week from the US. Love this site. So efficient. Will always use for products not available in Ireland or Europe 🌟🌟🌟

I was surprised pleasantly - at the super fast shipping into Canada.

Unreliable and incompetent. If you order a product expecting it to arrive before the maximum arrival time, be forewarned- it will not arrive on time. I got stuck paying for a product that arrived a week later than the maximum reported arrival time, missing the event that I needed it for. Avoid.

Great experience... Although I'm in almost the other part of the world, yet they were very helpful and easy & fast to communicate with.

This company is a joke. We ordered a moisturizer that was way over priced but willing to pay to get it faster. They shipped and it was held at the boarder wanting another $35 in duty which was not disclosed on their website at the time of order. Customer service response… we need to figure out and if we can’t they will take the product back and charge a 35% penalty. Wow!

this was my first order with GoSupps. the service was good and with a speed of lightening I received my goods delivered to my door steps in Northern Germany - this was great! I had a little concern about an additional charge from the shipping company. I asked GoSupps for help they understood immediately the problem started investigating with the shipping company and upfront, they credit mit $20 - before they even had a detailed reply from the shipping company. What a company - and sophisticated approach and customer service. I am much obliged - Thank you

I had to order twice before the payment went through, poor methods on the company end. Shipping is super slow. Customer service is bad? Well they just don't respond so it's a no show rating.

Excellent service, and kept be informed of delivery date through email. I will be using Gosupps all the time now. 5 star.

Gosupps.com were the only supplier i could find anywhere who sold the replacement canoe seats I needed. I received Excellent service, they kept me notified at all times and gave me exceptionally quick service especially as I'm in the UK. Received in order in less than a week...
