GoSupps.com delivered a different product to the one I ordered. It took them 4 days to reply but they did swap the product for the correct one without much fuss.

They were opaque about the all-in price. I bought a $50 product, was charged $25 for shipping and then when the package showed up, I was charged an additional €25 for customs. All of that should’ve been charged at the get go instead so I would’ve known I was paying $100 for a $50 product My order number was 2500183589 and when I sent an email for them to cover the 25€ hidden fees, I was ignored. Happy to delete this review if they ever return my 25€

I ordered cat food and the item arrived earlier than the ETA given. I was totally impressed! There was no confirmation email coming through within a minute after you place an order but do not worry, this website is legitimate. They will get in touch with you in a few hours. After that the communication with the team was smooth and thorough. I will happily order from them again.

I ordered 2 pack of airwaav , waited for 10 days to be shipped and after received ONLY 1. BUT their fast communicarion and containing their fault by refunding 50% of my order then later a100% of my order and their loooong apology message just to make a customer satisfied that what made me trust this platform and never hesitate ot ordering from them again. That was the best custard I ever had. In France, we have "crème anglaise" ("English cream"), nothingt o do with the real thing ! Everything arrived in very good condition (special packing to keep it cold). I'm looking forward to reordering some. J. Colin

This is the first time ordering from this website and I will never do it again.. after I paid for the shipping in USD and I paid for the supplements in USD while I live in Canada.. I paid an extra $34.68 for the customs … I was very disappointed because it was not mentioned of that extra payment.. I hope the customer service can solve this problem for me
