I knew the printer was going to be good as it is just a replacement for a similar one we've been using for some fifteen years or so, but as we have an RD address I was most impressed when it arrived not much more than twelve hours after the order was placed. Perhaps your courier can tell NZ Post how to do it! ;-)
After speaking to Jeffery this morning regarding my parcel and my concerns, it was super great to receive it today, instead of waiting till Friday! Less than a week after I ordered new toners.

Very good follow up by Mark Sceats regarding the time taken to deliver the cartridges by the courier company. Excellent communication with Mark when the cartridges that were delivered did not work due to firmware up date by HP. Issues all very satisfactorily resolved.
