The delivery was prompt and good. The product was not that good. The drum of the toner cartridge is obviously substandard as leaves toner lines on the page. Did not have this issue with the toner cartridge that it replaced, which as a genuine HP cartridge.

Purchased Toner for laser printer first I had concerns and looked the company up online to check its legitimacy. when the parcel arrived it wasn't an exact copy however with non original parts I guess there will be a difference ,some of the features didn't look like they would fit but with a little gentle and cautious placement it clipped into place . and olla it worked first time. financially this item is a slam dunk as the original was $240 compared to $38, moral of the story is shop around sometimes you'll get a winner and Good Egg are really good eggs.
