I made a mistake in the ordering which the proprietor noticed. He promptly rang me to determine if I had truely intended to order that cartridge or had done so in error. He adjusted the order, gave me a credit and sent an invoice for the correct item. Marvellous!

You may need to talk with your couriers my parcel sat at Panmure for 3 days and I still have not received my parcel. Ended up having to go to stationary warehouse in Warkworth.
