Instructions on website are clear enough for me to understand how to submit my artwork for print. Overall experience was smooth and pleasant, The print quality is very good for the price I paid, and with delivery included.
Really lousy customer service! Order at your own risk. Wrong printing! Super complex and troublesome SOP for troubleshooting for an obvious internal GoGOPrint mistakes. Sent them a super obvious wrong thickness of 2 boxes. They insisted to to use weighing scale for a specific number of cards to check grammage of the material which we complied. Next they asked for a video!!! Omg 😱 if You need such specific details, why not you sent courier down and collect the cards back for whatever investigation you need! For a box of 30 bucks, it is not right to request user to do this and that just to help you in troubleshooting!
Good recommendation- will use again Online ordering is very convenient- took me a while to figure out, but once I got it- very easy to load artwork. Also very clear feedback on having the artwork suitable for print. Recieved products witin stipulated time. One item was shipped separately: I called for assistance and was updated very clearly. All items arrived very well package, in good condition. Quality of print was very good
